Why BSF?
The industrial farming of the Black Soldier Fly (BSF) stands out for its productivity and efficiency, characterized by a high protein content and a short life cycle that allows for quick and regular harvests. The BSF's ability to efficiently transform organic waste into nutrient-rich biomass, along with its low space requirements and ease of management, makes it a sustainable and cost-effective option. Our process
The industrial process of breeding Black Soldier Fly (BSF) involves three main stages: the controlled reproduction of the larvae, the growth phase where they are fed with organic by-products to reach maturity, and finally, the processing, which includes dehydration and cleaning the larvae, resulting in high-value products such as protein flour and oil, in addition to organic fertilizer (frass).

Protein derived from the Black Soldier Fly (BSF) represents an environmentally advantageous alternative, consuming significantly fewer resources such as water and land. Additionally, it exhibits an extremely efficient food-to-protein conversion rate and emitting a minimum amount of CO2 compared to traditional animal protein sources.
